Holsworthy Housing Trust.

The Holsworthy Community Property Trust is a limited company which was formed as a result of a survey commissioned by the Holsworthy MCTI (Market and Coastal Towns Initiative).

This survey identified housing which was affordable for local people as a major priority to be addressed. The Trust has been working with West Devon Homes and Torridge District Council to achieve this objective.
